Good features, some setup needed

I signed up for the AI Shopping Assistant for my Shopify store after using their 14-day free trial. The features like FAQ Automation and Abandoned Cart Recovery Chat are really powerful. It definitely helped automate some of our customer inquiries. However, the initial setup took a bit longer than I expected to really tailor it to our specific products and common questions.
